We are now offering a brand new advanced class for our Sony Z1U high definition cameras! For three hours, you learn all of the vital basics on how to properly use the Z1U to their best capacity. For only $50 you get all this and a free tutorial DVD. Classes are every Thursday from 3pm-6pm and space is limited to four people, so make sure to sign up in advance. Like all of our classes, if you have any personal scheduling conflicts, contact us and we will set you up for a one on one class.

For all of our Free Speech TV viewers, they are having a telethon from April 21st-May 15th. So we will not be able to air it during these times. Democracy Now! should not be affected by this. We do apologize for any inconvenience and FSTV will be back to its normal viewing times on May 15th!

As always, there are new people and shows afoot here at CAT. First of all, congratulations to our 2 newest CAT board members; Bruce Perry and Dylan Ferrell! We are lucky to have such a terrific board with new blood. Secondly, we have some new Program Series on the schedule. C.F. Roberts, producer and one of the founders of the long running "Abbey of the Lemur" has began his newest creation, "Intellectual Property." "IP" airs every Saturday at 3:30pm, Monday at 8pm and Wednesday at 12:30pm. In addition to "IP," we also have two new live shows. Chris Harlow and Angela Schubert produce and star in "All About Town," which airs live every Wednesday at 4pm. Then the following day at the same time, Dylan Ferrell produces and stars in his newest show, "WTF?." In Import Production news, there is a new show to our VDA/After Midnight viewers. We have "Dead Mike," a rap and hip-hop music video show that airs Thursday at 12am, Tuesday at 1:30am, and Wednesday at 2am. A big welcome to all of our new shows and people!!!

Many many thanks to everyone that made our 2008 Fat CAT Awards/Spring Fundraiser such a great success. Nothing like great clips, wonderful catering, positive local news coverage, and of course the awesome support of our community to seal a truly terrific evening. Of course, it is never too late to donate to CAT. It is your support that helps us continue to survive and grow. The stronger we become, the more people we can educate and help. Your support is always appreciated.
